
Install BridgeMail System Email Marketing™ & BridgeStatz™ Web Analytics Into Netsuite. When you install MakesBridge Technology's SuiteFlex bundle, MakesBridge W '09, you get access to BridgeMail System™ and BridgeStatz™ within your NetSuite account. An account with MakesBridge Technology is required to access the application; however you may install the bundle prior to creating an account.
Setup Instructions Product Account ID# : TSTDRV323784 Setup -> Customization -> Install Bundle -> (choose) Production Account -> Enter Product Account ID (TSTDRV323784) -> Enter -> Install -> Setup -> Customization -> Scripts -> Deployment -> View -> [click on] URL. (this launches a separate window) Copy URL within address bar of new window. In either browser window, continue along these steps: Lists -> website -> Tabs -> New -> (name your tab) paste URL -> Uncheck "display in website" -> set your desired permissions -> Save Once you’ve opened a MakesBridge Technology account, login and follow these instructions: Main Page -> Application Integration -> Net Suite Enter your Net Suite credentials into the Net Suite Credentials form then click “Save”. Click “Test Login” to confirm the credentials are valid. When the Installation process is complete, you will see the BridgeMail System application under your MakesBridge W ’09 tab. You can also conduct synchronization activities when logged directly into your MakesBridge account via login at http://www.makesbridge.com/. User Manual Access via NetSuite Application: Click on the Makesbridge W ’09 tab to access the application in your NetSuite environment. Direct Access to Application: Go to http://www.makesbridge.com and click “login”. This is done via setting filter rules or specifying Groups. Records Export: At your option, you may update Customer, Lead, and Prospect records’ Opt-Out status field.
